Regular Pickup Procedure
The pickup point at Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 is at the car park 3, level 1. It would be best if you advanced over to this area as your driver will be waiting there to get you.
When you leave the arrivals lobby, walk around 20 yards from the front main entryway, and there will be a car park building. You have to take the lift and go over to level 1, which is the place your driver will be waiting.
Your driver will call you and assist you with getting to his area in the event that you are confused and lost on the day. We are continually observing your flight, and once you land, we will send a track-and-trace link to your phone so you can see his live location.
We will likewise send your drivers details so you can find him without any problem. Your driver will get in touch with you when you land to tell you that he is prepared to pick you up and you can start advancing towards him.
Meet and Greet Pickup Procedure
A meet and greet pickup is the more straightforward and least tedious strategy for pickup. Your driver will leave his vehicle close by and will enter the arrivals hall.
He will be waiting there with your name on a board up so you can find him when you leave the arrivals.
Your driver will monitor your flight for the specific time it lands so he can be there at the most appropriate time.
When you see your driver, he will welcome you, help you with any baggage and take you to his vehicle.
