  • Driver allocation and scheduling
  • Vehicle dispatch operations
  • Travel time already undertaken
  • Flight or station monitoring costs (where applicable)
  • Opportunity loss resulting from the allocated time slot

Where a fee applies, it will be clearly communicated and charged according to the confirmed booking terms.

We understand that travel details may need adjustment. Customers may amend their booking (e.g., pickup time, location, vehicle class, passenger details) up to three (3) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Amendments requested within three hours may:

  • Require re-quotation
  • Be subject to availability
  • Incur additional charges
  • Be declined if a driver has already been dispatched

Waiting time allowances include:

  • Home/Hotel Pickups: 10 minutes
  • Airport Pickups: 30 minutes after flight landing
  • Train Stations: 15 minutes after train arrival (where train number is provided)

8. Refund Policy (Returns)

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate bookings made in error
