1. General Provisions
1ST Airport Taxis Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides pre-booked private hire transportation services including airport transfers, long-distance journeys, chauffeur services, corporate travel, and minibus services. These Terms & Conditions form the legally binding agreement between the company and the customer (“you”, “your”, “client”, “passenger”).
By booking a journey through our website, mobile app, WhatsApp, phone, email, or live chat, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Any conflicting terms proposed by the customer are invalid unless agreed in writing by 1ST Airport Taxis Ltd.
We may subcontract bookings to licensed operators who meet UK Private Hire licensing standards. This does not change your contractual relationship with 1ST Airport Taxis Ltd.
2. Contract & Booking Confirmation
2.1 Contractual Relationship
All bookings are contracts directly between you and 1ST Airport Taxis Ltd. Drivers—whether employed or subcontracted—act as authorised representatives of the company. All drivers must maintain valid UK Private Hire licensing, insurance, and compliance standards.
2.2 Booking Process & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when
- You receive a booking confirmation email, or
- You receive confirmation via our mobile app or WhatsApp, including your booking reference and journey details.
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or making contact does not confirm a booking.
2.3 Accuracy of Customer Information
You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct, including
- Times, dates, and pickup/drop-off addresses
- Flight/train numbers
- Passenger count
- Luggage quantities, including special or oversized items
- Child seat requirements
- Accessibility needs
1ST Airport Taxis Ltd is not responsible for delays, missed flights, extra charges, or service issues caused by inaccurate information.
Booking attempts using bots, scripts, or automated tools are prohibited.
3.1 Digital Tools, Online Accounts & System Use
When using our website, booking system, mobile app, or online customer account, you agree:
- To provide correct and up-to-date information
- Not to share your login credentials
- Not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to manipulate our systems
- Not to use automated programs, bots, or fraudulent activity
We may suspend or terminate accounts that display suspicious behaviour in order to protect service integrity.
4.1 Service Types Provided
We may offer the following services depending on availability
- Airport transfers
- Local private hire journeys
- Long-distance transfers
- Chauffeur and hourly hire
- Executive business travel
- Minibus travel (8–16 seat vehicles)
Changes to your service type after booking may require additional charges.
4.2 Pickup Times & Waiting Allowances
To provide flexibility, the following waiting allowances apply
- Home/Hotel Pickups: 10 minutes free
- Airport Pickups: 30 minutes free after actual flight landing time (flight monitoring included)
- Train Stations: 15 minutes free when a train number is provided
If waiting time exceeds the free allowance, standard waiting charges apply based on the assigned vehicle’s hourly rate. If incorrect flight information is provided, we cannot adjust timing for delays.
4.3 Vehicle Class & Availability
We guarantee the vehicle class booked (e.g., Saloon, MPV, Business Class).
Vehicle models, colours, or specific brands are not guaranteed.
A complimentary upgrade may be provided automatically if the booked vehicle type is unavailable.
4.4 Luggage Policy
Each vehicle class has a designated luggage capacity. Standard allowances include.
- Saloon: 2 cabin-size + 2 checked bags
- MPV: 5 cabin-size + 4 checked bags
- Business Class: 2 cabin-size + 2 checked bags
- 8-Seater Minibus: 8 cabin-size + 6 checked bags
- 16-Seater Minibus: 16 cabin-size + 10 checked bags
Bulky, special, or oversized items—such as wheelchairs, strollers, sports equipment, or musical instruments—must be declared at the time of booking. Failure to declare may require additional charges or refusal of carriage.
4.4 Children & Minors
Child seats are available free of charge when requested during booking. Customers must specify:
- The child's age
- The required seat type (infant, child, booster)
We may decline to transport unaccompanied minors unless prior written consent has been provided.
4.6 Passenger Behaviour & Conduct
Passengers must.
- Wear seat belts at all times
- Follow driver instructions
- Not smoke or vape in the vehicle
- Not consume alcohol unless specifically permitted
Excessive mess, spills, sickness, or damage may result in cleaning or repair charges.
We reserve the right to terminate a journey immediately without refund where abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour occurs.
4.7 No-Show Policy
A booking is deemed a No-Show when the passenger.
- Fails to appear within 10 minutes at home/hotel pickups
- Fails to appear within 30 minutes of flight landing
- Fails to answer phone calls/messages from the driver or office
No-Show charges equal the full booking fare.
5.1 Pricing
Prices provided at booking are based on the information you supply. They typically include.
- Vehicle type
- Route and distance
- Time of day
- Free waiting allowance
- Flight monitoring
- Airport parking costs (where applicable)
Prices may increase if:
- Additional stops are added
- Pickup or drop-off locations change
- Excess luggage requires a larger vehicle
- Unexpected route adjustments occur
5.2 Booking Amendments
- Amendments made more than 3 hours before pickup are free.
- Amendments made within 3 hours may incur charges or require re-quotation.
If a suitable driver is unavailable for revised details, the change may not be possible.
5.3 Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time
- Within 2 hours: Full fare charged
For airport journeys, flight delays are not chargeable as long as the correct flight number was provided.
5.4 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Cash to the driver (where permitted)
Card payments are securely processed through approved payment gateways.
5.5 Invoices
Invoices are issued electronically after the journey and sent to the booking email address.
6.1 Company Liability
1ST Airport Taxis Ltd is liable only for losses caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
We are not liable for:
- Missed flights due to passenger lateness, insufficient travel time, or traffic beyond our control
- Indirect costs, such as lost business opportunities or missed events
- Items lost or left in vehicles (although we will assist in recovery)
- Delays caused by external incidents such as road closures, accidents, or severe traffic
6.1 Vehicle Breakdowns
If a vehicle breaks down during your journey, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible at no extra cost.
6.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for disruptions caused by events outside our control, including.
- Extreme weather
- Strikes
- Unexpected traffic conditions
- Road closures
- Emergencies or public safety incidents
7. Service Changes
We may modify or temporarily suspend services, routes, app features, or website functionality for maintenance or improvement. Customers will be notified when practical.
8. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All content, branding, website design, booking tools, and digital systems remain the property of 1ST Airport Taxis Ltd.
Users may not
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce content
- Reverse-engineer or modify software
- Use automated scripts or bots for booking
- Interfere with website/app functionality
9. Final Provisions
9.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions form the complete agreement between 1ST Airport Taxis Ltd and the customer.
9.2 Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under this agreement without written approval.
9.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
9.4 Online Dispute Resolution
The EU ODR platform is available at:

Participation is optional and not mandatory for the company.

If any clause becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
