Here are some of our frequently asked questions from our customers. So we thought we would compile them all into an easy to read format. If however you have more questions, please contact us. We are happy to help you in anyway we can!

How much notice do I need for an airport transfer?

If we have a car and driver available we can take immediate bookings but for your comfort and peace of mind, we recommend a period of six hours. We will endeavour to meet your booking at any point but at peak periods, we require 6 hours’ notice to ensure we can provide you with a Luton Airport taxi.

Do you have airport taxi experience?

Our management team and drivers have been involved with airport taxi services for a number of years, allowing us to provide you with a high deal of confidence in our Luton Airport taxi service.

Is there a charge if I need to cancel a booking?

If your car has not been dispatched, there will be no charge for the booking. We therefore recommend you contact us as early as possible if you are looking to cancel or change a booking.

What airports do you serve?

Although we are proud to say that we mainly serve Luton Airport, we are able to take you to or from all of the major London Airports including City Airport, Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted as well as Luton.

Can I pay by debit or credit card?

Yes, we aim to provide a flexible booking and payment service. You can book online or over the phone and we accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay by cash at the end of your journey if you would prefer this option.

Can I book for a large group?

Yes, we are happy to make arrangements to carry all travelling parties, including groups of 8 or more. However, if you are looking to book for 8 or more people, we would appreciate as much notice as possible to ensure we can properly meet your needs.

Are you taxi cars non-smoking cars?

Yes, this is a legal requirement and therefore all of our cars are no smoking vehicles.

Do you charge per passenger?

No, we base our fee based on the journey not on how many people are taking the journey.

If my flight details change when I am being picked up, what do I do?

First of all, don’t worry. All of our drivers stay in touch with flight arrivals and will be aware of your arrival time. When you are scheduled to arrive, we will ensure that there is a driver ready to greet you. Our drivers can also help to keep you informed of any changes to your flight when you are heading outbound from Luton Airport.

What extra charges do you apply?

None. The price we state is the final price. There is no additional charge for delayed journeys, detour journeys or for card payments.
