Just let us know when you are making your booking in the ‘notes’ section of the booking form and please specify how many you need, along with the age of your child, so we can make sure that we bring the correct seat for you.

It is legally required that young children ride with a booster seat so please let us know if you are travelling with a child.
Our child seats are cleaned and sterilised after every journey they are used to ensure they are perfectly safe to use for you and your child during your trip with us. You can also bring your very own child seat with you for the journey if you wish too instead.

How can I make a booking and what information will I need?
To make your booking most easily, go over to our website and click ‘book online’.
From there all you need to do is enter your pickup and drop off addresses and your information to finish the booking and have it confirmed.
Can I make a booking on behalf of a third party?
Yes, you can! When filling in the booking form can you please enter the details of the person you are booking for and also your details in the booking notes in case we need to contact you.
What is the minimum notice required for a new booking?
At 1ST Airport Taxis, we recommend leaving a 5-10 minute notice before you make a new booking with us.

Do I need to pay for a baby seat?
Baby seats are provided by 1ST Airport Taxis 100% free of charge. Please let us know all the details when you are booking your transfer.
Do I need to book a baby seat in advance?
Please inform us beforehand if you require a baby seat. If you have forgotten to notify us, then please don't worry. You can let us know later before the journey commences.
What if no longer require a baby seat?
If you no longer require a baby seat, please let our operators know so they able to inform your driver. You can cancel your baby seat through email, live chat, telephone and WhatsApp.
