How can I cancel or amend booking?
We know that your plans can change and if you need to cancel or amend your booking, we want to make it as simple as possible for you. We provide this service free of charge and if you do want to cancel or amend your booking, please phone us with your booking details.

Are your cars licensed?
You can rest assured that all of the vehicles used by 1ST Airport Taxis are fully licenced.
Can I pay by debit or credit card?
At 1ST Airport Taxis, we aim to provide you with a range of flexible payment options and this includes debit and credit card payment options. You can pay when booking your journey or you can pay when you have reached the end of your journey. It is possible to pay by cash or card when travelling by taxi.
What extra charges do you apply?
When you travel with 1ST Airport Taxis, you can be confident that there will be no hidden charges or additional fees. We price our services on a fixed price basis, allowing you to know in advance how much the journey will cost. The price we quote you is the price that you will pay.
If my flight details change, what do I do?
We monitor flight details, which means we stay in touch with your flight at all times. Our meet and greet service will react to any delays so you can be confident that no matter when your flight gets in, we will be ready to collect you and help you take the next step in your journey.
Do you charge per passenger?
At 1ST Airport Taxis, we charge for the journey, not per passenger. No matter how many people are in your travelling party, the cost of the trip is based on the journey.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes, we are pleased to say that we have a number of larger vehicles in our fleet. If you want to book a larger vehicle or you have a large travelling party, please contact 1ST Airport Taxis and we will ensure we provide you with a vehicle that meets your needs.
