How can I cancel or amend booking?
If for any reason you need to cancel or amend a booking with 1st Airport Taxis, please get in touch with us as quickly as you can. This is a service that is available for free for the majority of clients, depending on when you contact us in relation to the actual trip. Anyone looking to amend or cancel their booking should phone us and have their booking details at hand.
What airports do you serve?
It is no surprise to learn that we are most commonly called upon to provide airport transfers in and out of Luton Airport, but we can provide airport transfers to all airports in the United Kingdom. Are your cars licensed?
You can always be confident that 1st Airport Taxis use licenced vehicles. This is something we are pleased to say and we believe this offers tremendous peace of mind to all of our customers.
Can I pay by debit or credit card?
This is a service we offer and you can pay at the point of booking or at the conclusion of your trip. It is possible to pay with all major credit and debit cards and of course, you can pay by cash at the end of the journey.
What extra charges do you apply?
When you book with 1ST Airport Taxis, there will be no hidden fees or charges. This is something we are very proud to say and if you are looking for confidence in the cost of your journey, the price you see is definitely the price that you pay.
If my flight details change, what do I do?
If you provide 1st Airport Taxis with your flight details, you can be confident that we will monitor your flight. If your flight is delayed, you can be confident that we will be there to pick you up on arrival.
Do you charge per passenger?
This is not something we do at 1st Airport Taxis. We only charge per journey, so there is no additional charge regardless of the number of passengers you travel with.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes. If you require a larger vehicle, either for more people or luggage/shopping, please let us know at the point of booking. We have a number of larger vehicles in our fleet and we will do our best to meet your request.
