How can I communicate directly with my driver?
Once your driver is allocated, we will send you all the information you need about your driver, including the driver's name, vehicle make and model and vehicle registration.
We will also provide you with a track and trace link to see your driver's progress. Through this method, you can directly message and call your driver. Our standard operating procedure involves your driver calling you as soon as you land.
