Can I cancel my booking?
Of course, you can! We offer all of our customers the ability to cancel their bookings for free. There are many ways to cancel your booking. The first is to go to our website, click 'manage booking', enter your booking details and then click cancel. Another way you can cancel is by emailing us at email@example.com and telling us you want to cancel. Finally, you can call us on 01582 33 44 44, give us your booking reference and we will cancel your booking for you.
Can I amend my booking?
Yes, you can amend your booking at any time. To amend your booking you can firstly head over to our website, go onto ‘manage booking’, enter your reference and then make any changes you wish. Alternatively, you can give us a ring on 01582 33 44 44, and one of our advisors will change your booking details to whatever you require. You also have the option to drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. From there we will make any changes that you need.
What airports do you serve?
We serve many airports all around the United Kingdom and can get you to whatever airport you want to get too. This includes London Luton Airport, Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport, London City Airport, Birmingham Airport and a whole lot more. We have two main payment methods when you book with us, cash and online.
Cash - when you have arrived at your destination, you pay cash to your driver. Please ensure you have the right amount of cash and it is in GBP.
Online - after you make your booking with us, a booking confirmation link is sent out to the email address provided by you in the booking form. Within this booking confirmation link, there is an option saying ‘manage your booking’, please click this option.
There will be an option to pay for your booking at that point, click ‘pay’ and that’s it, your booking is paid for. Paying online is much easier than paying cash to the driver. We accept most major cards and also accept PayPal.
