If your flight number isn't being accepted during the booking process, it's usually because the flight number or airline code has been entered in an incorrect format.
At 1ST Airport Taxis, we use real-time flight monitoring for eligible airport pickups. To track your flight accurately, our booking system requires a valid airline code together with your flight number.
Entering Your Flight Number Correctly
When entering your flight number, please include the airline's IATA code followed by the flight number, without any unnecessary spaces or special characters unless the booking form specifies otherwise.
For example:
- BA123 – British Airways
- EK001 – Emirates
- FR456 – Ryanair
- U21234 – easyJet
- LH789 – Lufthansa
Your airline code can usually be found on your flight ticket, booking confirmation, or boarding pass.

Why Your Flight Number May Not Be Accepted
Your flight number may not be recognised if:
- The airline code is missing.
- The flight number has been entered incorrectly.
- The airline code doesn't match the flight number.
- There are typing errors or unsupported characters.
- The flight hasn't yet been published in the airline's schedule.
Checking these details before completing your booking will usually resolve the issue.
Travelling on a Private Flight?
Private flights are not always available through standard flight tracking systems.
If you're arriving on a private flight, please include the following information in the Special Requests or Notes for the Chauffeur field when booking:
- Name of the handling agent.
- Contact telephone number for the handling agent.
- Aircraft tail number (registration).
Providing these details allows our team to prepare for your arrival and, where possible, coordinate your pickup more efficiently.

For eligible airport pickups, you'll also benefit from 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time, giving you plenty of time to clear immigration and collect your luggage before meeting your chauffeur.
