Providing your flight number when booking an airport transfer helps 1ST Airport Taxis deliver a smoother and more reliable pickup experience. Your flight details allow us to monitor your flight's scheduled arrival time and, where possible, adjust your pickup if your flight arrives earlier or later than expected.
Your flight number also enables your driver to identify the correct airport terminal, helping to ensure they're waiting at the appropriate pickup location when you arrive.
For passengers travelling on a private flight, please include the following information in the Special Requests or Notes to the Chauffeur section of your booking.
- The name and contact details of your handling agent.
- The aircraft tail number (registration).
- Any additional information that may assist with your arrival.
Please note that only one flight number can be monitored for each booking. If your journey involves multiple flights, you may include the additional flight details in your booking notes, although automatic flight tracking and pickup time adjustments can only be provided for one flight.
For airport drop-offs, flight monitoring is not required. However, including your flight number helps us identify the correct departure terminal, allowing your driver to take you to the most appropriate drop-off point.
