1ST Airport Taxis offers several convenient ways to book, manage, change, and cancel your journey. Whether you're planning a new trip or updating an existing reservation, you can manage your booking quickly and securely using the option that best suits your needs.
You can book, update, or cancel your ride through:

- The 1ST Airport Taxis mobile app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play
- The Manage Booking section on our website for eligible bookings
These options allow you to manage your travel plans anytime, wherever it's most convenient.
Changing Your Booking
If your travel plans change, you can modify your booking up to 60 minutes before your scheduled pickup time, subject to availability and our booking terms.
You can update your pickup time, pickup location, destination, passenger details, or other eligible booking information through the Manage Booking section, our website, or the mobile app.
Please note that changes to your journey details may result in a fare adjustment depending on the revised booking.
If you've entered your flight number for an airport pickup, there's usually no need to change your pickup time if your flight is delayed. Our real-time flight monitoring service automatically tracks eligible flights and, where possible, adjusts your pickup time to match your arrival.
Cancelling Your Booking
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 60 minutes before your scheduled pickup time, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
If your booking is cancelled less than 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, cancellation charges may apply in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
For the quickest and easiest experience, we recommend cancelling your booking through the Manage Booking section, our website, or the 1ST Airport Taxis mobile app.
