If your flight or train is delayed, there's no need to worry. When you provide your flight or train number during the booking process, 1ST Airport Taxis monitors your scheduled arrival in real time and, where possible, automatically adjusts your pickup time to reflect eligible delays or early arrivals.
This helps your chauffeur arrive at the appropriate time, reducing unnecessary waiting and making your airport or train station pickup as smooth and stress-free as possible.
For example, if your flight is scheduled to arrive at 6:00 PM and your pickup is arranged for 6:30 PM, but your flight is delayed by 30 minutes, we'll automatically adjust your pickup to approximately 7:00 PM, where possible. Likewise, if your flight arrives earlier than expected, we'll aim to bring your pickup forward so your chauffeur is ready when you arrive.
For airport pickups, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from your flight's actual landing time when you've provided a valid flight number. This allows plenty of time to pass through immigration, collect your luggage, and meet your chauffeur without feeling rushed.
If your flight or train experiences a significant delay and your original chauffeur is no longer available, we'll make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternative driver and keep you informed throughout the process.
