Before your scheduled pickup, we'll provide your driver and vehicle details, including the driver's name, vehicle make, model, registration number, and, where available, the vehicle colour. This helps you identify your vehicle quickly and makes the pickup process as smooth as possible.
While we always aim to provide the highest standard of vehicle for every journey, specific vehicle colours cannot be guaranteed unless they form part of a pre-arranged service or confirmed booking requirement.
