If someone has booked a ride on your behalf, you can easily access the booking through your 1ST Airport Taxis account and mobile app. Once the booking has been shared with you, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your journey details and instructions for accessing your ride.
I Booked a Ride for Someone Else
When making a booking, simply select the option to book for someone else and enter the guest's name, email address, and telephone number.
Once the booking has been confirmed:
- You'll receive a booking confirmation by email.
- The guest will receive their own confirmation email with instructions for accessing the booking.
- As the person who made the booking, you can continue to manage eligible changes or cancellations in accordance with our booking policy.
- You'll also receive important booking updates and your invoice after the journey has been completed.
Someone Else Booked a Ride for Me
If someone has arranged your journey, you'll receive an email confirming that a ride has been booked for you.
If you already have a 1ST Airport Taxis account, simply sign in using the email address associated with your booking to view your journey.
If you don't already have an account, you can create one using the same email address provided during the booking process. Once your account has been created, your booking will be available within your account.
Viewing Your Booking in the App
After signing in to the 1ST Airport Taxis mobile app, your upcoming journey will appear in your bookings, allowing you to view important travel information in one convenient place.
Depending on your booking, you'll also be able to access features such as:
- Journey details.
- Chauffeur information.
- Live driver tracking (where available).
- Booking notifications and updates.
Managing a Booking Made on Your Behalf
If your booking was created by another person, certain information or booking changes may remain under the control of the original booker.
If you need to amend or cancel the booking, or have questions about the fare or payment method, we recommend contacting the person who made the reservation or reaching out to our Customer Care team for assistance.
