If your address isn't recognised during the booking process, don't worry. There are several common reasons why this can happen, and in most cases, the issue can be resolved quickly.

Check Your Address

One of the most common reasons an address isn't accepted is because it's incomplete or contains a typing error.

Please check that you've entered:

  • The correct house or building number.
  • The full street name.
  • The correct town or city.
  • The correct postcode or ZIP code, where applicable.

Even a small spelling mistake or missing detail can prevent the system from finding the correct location.

Verify the Address

Our booking system uses mapping technology to help identify pickup and destination locations.

If your address isn't recognised, try searching for it in Google Maps. If it appears there, copy and paste the address into the booking form. This often resolves formatting issues and helps the system recognise the location correctly.

Service Coverage

If the address is outside our operating area, it may not be available for booking through our website or mobile app.

If Your Address Still Isn't Recognised

If your exact address isn't available, you can select the nearest recognised location, such as a nearby landmark or neighbouring street, and enter the correct pickup details in the Special Requests or Notes for the Chauffeur field.

This helps your chauffeur locate you more easily while ensuring your booking can still be completed successfully.
