For airport pickups, we recommend adding your Emirates flight number during the booking process. This enables our real-time flight monitoring service, allowing us to adjust your pickup time where possible if your flight is delayed or arrives earlier than scheduled.
Eligible airport pickups also include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time, giving you plenty of time to clear immigration, collect your luggage, and meet your chauffeur.
If you're travelling with additional luggage or require a larger vehicle, you can select the most suitable option during the booking process. Any special requirements can also be added in the Special Requests or Notes for the Chauffeur field.
