The waiting time included with your booking depends on your pickup location and the type of service you've selected. At 1ST Airport Taxis, we understand that unexpected delays can happen, which is why we aim to provide a flexible and reliable pickup experience whenever possible.
Airport Pickups
For airport pickups, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from your flight's actual landing time when you've provided your flight number during the booking process.

Our flight monitoring service allows us to track eligible flight delays and early arrivals, enabling your chauffeur to adjust the pickup time where possible. This helps ensure your driver is ready when you arrive, even if your flight schedule changes.
If your flight experiences a significant delay and your assigned chauffeur is unable to continue waiting, we'll make every effort to arrange a suitable alternative and keep you informed throughout the process.
Home, Hotel and Other Address Pickups
For pickups from homes, hotels, offices, or other addresses, your chauffeur will wait for the period included with your booking. If you expect to be delayed, we recommend notifying us as soon as possible so we can advise you of the available options. Additional waiting time may be available and, where applicable, additional charges may apply.
Additional Stops
If your journey includes one or more scheduled stops, additional waiting charges may apply depending on the length of each stop and the terms of your booking.
Hourly Chauffeur Services
For hourly chauffeur bookings, your chauffeur is reserved exclusively for the duration of your confirmed booking. If you need to extend your journey, you can speak with your chauffeur during the trip. Extensions are subject to driver availability and any applicable additional charges.
