Travelling With More Than Five Guests
Updated over 2 Months ago
You can view the maximum luggage capacity for each vehicle class during the booking process. This information is displayed next to the luggage icon and represents the maximum number of bags that can be safely and reliably accommodated in the vehicle’s trunk.
We define luggage sizes based on common airport baggage policies and industry standards. The following luggage categories and measurements are used as a general guide:
| Business Class | Business Van | First Class | Business Van / SUV |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 carry-on | 12 carry-on | 8 carry-on | 3 carry-on |
| or 2 standard check-in | or 8 standard check-in | or 6 standard check-in | or 2 standard check-in |
| or 1 extra large check-in | or 6 extra large check-in | or 4 extra large check-in | or 1 extra large check-in |
In addition, each guest is welcome to bring one personal item, such as a briefcase, handbag, or laptop carrier, inside the vehicle.
Drivers may refuse service if luggage cannot be transported safely in the trunk of the vehicle. If you are unsure whether your luggage will fit, we recommend selecting a larger vehicle class. For bulky items such as golf bags, skis, or strollers, upgrading to a Business Van / SUV is advised.
Most foldable wheelchairs can be accommodated and typically take up the space of one standard check-in bag, depending on the vehicle class. Please note that unaccompanied luggage cannot be transported. If multiple vehicles are required to accommodate luggage, at least one passenger must travel in each vehicle.
