No. When booking an airport pickup with 1ST Airport Taxis, simply select the airport as your pickup location and enter your flight number during the booking process.
Once your flight number has been provided, we'll monitor your flight in real time and identify your arrival terminal based on the latest flight information. This helps ensure your chauffeur is directed to the correct terminal, even if your arrival terminal changes before landing.
Providing your flight number also enables our real-time flight monitoring service, allowing us to adjust your pickup time where possible if your flight is delayed or arrives earlier than scheduled.
For eligible airport pickups, you'll also receive 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your flight's actual landing time. This gives you plenty of time to pass through immigration, collect your luggage, and meet your chauffeur without feeling rushed.
To enjoy these benefits, always select the airport as your pickup location rather than entering a specific terminal or airport address manually. This allows our booking system to recognise your reservation as an airport pickup and activate the appropriate flight monitoring and waiting time.
