Passengers are welcome to bring food and drinks into the vehicle. However, we kindly ask that care is taken to keep the vehicle clean and avoid spills. Some chauffeurs may ask that hot food or items with strong odours are not consumed during the journey.

Can I eat during my journey?

Yes. Light snacks are generally permitted, provided they do not create excessive mess, strong odours or discomfort for the chauffeur or other passengers.

Can I bring drinks into the vehicle?

Yes. Passengers may bring drinks into the vehicle. We recommend using containers with secure lids to help prevent accidental spills during the journey.

What happens if food or drinks are spilled in the vehicle?

If food or drink causes significant soiling or damage to the vehicle, cleaning or repair charges may apply in accordance with the 1ST Airport Taxis Terms and Conditions.

Can I request a short stop to buy food or drinks during my journey?

Yes. If you would like to make a stop during your journey, please request this when making your booking or discuss it with your chauffeur. Additional waiting time or stop charges may apply depending on the duration and location.

Yes, you may bring food and non-alcoholic drinks into a 1ST Airport Taxis Ltd vehicle. However, to help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our vehicles for all passengers, we kindly ask that food consumption is kept to a minimum wherever possible.

Complimentary bottled water may be available in selected vehicles, providing a refreshing drink during your journey.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless prior approval has been given by 1ST Airport Taxis Ltd and their consumption complies with all applicable laws and regulations. If a passenger's behaviour becomes disruptive or affects the safety of the journey, the driver reserves the right to refuse further consumption or terminate the journey where necessary.

If food or drink is accidentally spilled and the vehicle requires professional cleaning, an additional cleaning charge may apply in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
