When will I receive contact information and additional details about my driver?

For bookings that have been made with more than 24 hours advance notice ahead of the time that you are to be picked up, we'll ensure that we have notified you with the contact details for our service provider about 12 hours before your journey is set to start. If you have made your booking with less than 24 hours to go before your pick-up, we'll ensure that these details are sent over when we send you a confirmation email.

We'll also make sure to send you an emergency contact number via text message and email, about 10 minutes before your pick-up, or once the flight you are on has landed.

How do I find my driver and how can I contact them?

Your driver will pick you up at the address that you entered when you booked. This is your pick-up address. If your pick-up is from an airport as you are arriving on a plane, your confirmation email will have all of the information on where you should meet your driver.

If you've booked an Economy airport pick-up, simply follow the instructions in your confirmation email when you arrive at the airport.

Around 10 minutes prior to your pick-up, or once your flight has landed, we'll send you an emergency contact number via email and text message, just in case you need further assistance finding your driver.

What should I do if I can't locate my driver?

Please find your confirmation email and re-check the instructions on where your driver is set to pick you up. If you've booked one of our Meet & Greet services, your driver

If you've booked an Economy airport transfer car service, you will need to call the driver when you land to let them know your plan has arrived.

About 10 minutes prior to your assigned pick-up time, or once your flight has landed, we'll ensure that we send you an emergency contact number via email and text message. This will help you to find your driver if you need to.

What should I do if I cannot find or did not receive a confirmation email?

Almost immediately after booking your service you should have received a confirmation email. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam or junk folder. If your confirmation email cannot be found at all and has still not arrived, please use our contact form to reach out to us and let us know.

If it's within 48 hours of your scheduled pick-up time, call us and we'll make sure that your confirmation email is re-sent in plenty of time prior to the start of your journey.

Am I Allowed to Tip My Driver?

We've worked hard to ensure that the services we provide you is worthy of a tip, but your fare fully includes all of the of taxes, fees, and gratuity, so there is no need for you to tip your driver.

This is totally up to you if you would like to give your driver more.

What Will Happen If My Flight Is Delayed or If It Is Early?

If the service that you booked was a Meet & Greet or a Desk Service, we'll ensure that we are tracking your flight and will adjust the time of your pick-up automatically based on your actual arrival time.

Remember: Please Make sure you give us your flight number at the time of your booking. If you have already booked then please call or email us to tell us your flight information, including the number.

Once your flight has arrived, your driver will wait at the pick-up location for 45 minutes. This will give you plenty of time to get through security and to claim and checked baggage. We'll also send you your driver's phone number through a text message and email when you have landed, so that if you need more than 45 minutes to get to the Arrivals area, you will be able to let them know easily.

Remember: After the 45-minute time frame has lapsed, your driver may leave if they have not been notified that there is any sort of delay.

If you've booked an Economy Service through us, you can easily follow the instructions that are included in your confirmation email once your flight has arrived. If at any time you need assistance, please utilize the emergency contact number that we will send you via email and text message once you have landed.

What Should I Do Once My Flight Lands?

If you have booked a Meet & Greet service, your assigned driver will greet you in the Arrivals hall. All you need to do is look for person holding up a sign that has your name on it.

Remember: It’s important that you make sure to read the confirmation email that your received originally, as it includes pertinent information on where you should meet your driver within the Arrivals hall.

Whether you've booked a Meet & Greet or Economy service, as soon as your flight lands we'll send the contact information for your driver via email and text message.

If you've booked an Economy Service, then you’ll need to call your driver once you have arrived to let them know. Your confirmation email will have all of the pertinent information that you need to know where to meet your driver.

If you have any trouble at all when you are trying to find your driver, you can call the emergency number that is included in your confirmation email for help.

What Will Happen If My Flight Is Cancelled? (We Offer 100% free cancellation)

If your flight has been cancelled, our usual cancellation policy is applicable. You can find all of the information on this policy in our Terms and Conditions.

Usually, it is possible to claim back the full cost of your transfer, either from your travel insurance or from your airline. Please contact us via email or phone if you need any additional information about the booking you made in order to assist you in making your claim.

I have booked a return, am I required to confirm my booking the day before?

No, it is not necessary to confirm a return journey. Simple enjoy your stay and your driver will pick you up at the pickup point you booked.

If I have left personal belongings in the vehicle, who should I contact?

We recommend reaching out directly to your driver, utilizing the number that we sent you before the scheduled pick-up. If you need any additional assistance, should reach out to us and we'll do our best to help you get back your belongings.
