If the service that you booked was a Meet & Greet or a Desk Service,
we'll ensure that we are
tracking your flight and will adjust the
time of your pick-up automatically based on your actual arrival time.
Remember: Please Make sure you give us your
flight number at the time of your booking. If you have already booked
then please call or email us to tell us your flight information,
including the number.
Once your flight has arrived, your driver will wait at the pick-up
location for 45 minutes. This will give you plenty of time to get
through security and to claim and checked baggage. We'll also send
you your driver's phone number through a text message and email when
you have landed, so that if you need more than 45 minutes to get to
the Arrivals area, you will be able to let them know easily.
Remember: After the 45-minute time frame has lapsed,
your driver may leave if they have not been notified that there is any
sort of delay.
If you've booked an Economy Service through us, you can easily
follow the instructions that are included in your confirmation
email once your flight has arrived. If at any time you need
assistance, please utilize the emergency contact number that we
will send you via email and text message once you have landed.
