How can I cancel or amend booking?
You can cancel or amend your booking with 1st Airport Taxis in a simple way. This is a service we provide free of charge on the majority of occasions. Anyone looking to cancel or amend a booking should phone us, while having your booking details to hand.
What airports do you serve?
As a company operating in St Albans, we provide many airport transfer services in and out of Luton Airport. This is an airport we are more than happy to serve but we can provide airport transfer services to all mainland UK airports if required. We also provide specialist support for all of the airports in London, so if you are travelling to a leading airport in the capital, please let us know. We offer specialist airport transfer services to Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport, London City Airport, Stansted Airport and of course, Luton Airport.
Are your cars licensed?
All of the vehicles in the 1st Airport Taxis fleet are fully licenced. We aim to provide you with the best standard of peace of mind at all times so you can book with us in great confidence.
Can I pay by debit or credit card?
We aim to provide flexibility to all of our clients and this includes our payment options. You can pay at the point of booking and you can pay at the conclusion of your trip. You can pay us by debit card, credit card or by cash. Our business account holders can also pay via their account.
What extra charges do you apply?
There are no additional charges when you travel with 1st Airport Taxis. We offer our services on a fixed price basis and the price we quote you is the price that you will pay for your taxi journey.
If my flight details change, what do I do?
At 1st Airport Taxis, we monitor flight details so if we are picking you up at the airport or you are utilising our meet and greet service, we promise to be available when you land or want to get on the road.
Do you charge per passenger?
No. All of our fees are per journey, not the amount of passengers, so this isn’t something you need to worry about when travelling with 1st Airport Taxis.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes. We know that many people often look to travel with a larger group of people or with more luggage, and if you require a larger vehicle, please let us know at the point of booking.
