Payment Receipts and Refunds

This page includes all the essential information in regards to payment receipts.

How will I get a receipt for my payment?

After you complete your booking, you will receive an instant booking confirmation to find all your trip details. Alongside your email, you will find an attachment in the form of a PDF file that confirms your payment transaction (receipt). All clients have an option to download their receipts by simply clicking on the icon.

When am I entitled to a payment refund?

It is a relief to know you can cancel, edit or amend your booking at any time with 1ST Airport Taxis. If your circumstances change and you no longer require our services, our teams will process your refund on the same day of cancellation. You will automatically receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Depending on your banking organisation, it can take up to 3-4 working days for the refunded amount credited back to your bank account or for any credit card charges to be reversed.

Please contact your financial organisation and access your billing account if your refund does not appear within your bank account after four working days, the same applies to Apple pay and Google pay.

Once your refund is successfully processed, it will appear on your bank statement as ‘1ST Airport Taxis LTD’. Please note changes may occur in the visual representation based on your financial institution.
