What Happens After I Make a Booking?

Your journey with us starts as soon as you’ve completed the booking process. After you have finished and everything is set, you’ll receive a confirmation email, as well as a text message to the email and the phone number that you have provided to us. Please make sure that you check your email as soon as possible and verify that all the details of your journey are accurate.

It’s important to note that if you have selected an airport pick-up service that doesn’t include the Meet & Greet option, your confirmation email will include important instructions on the location where you should meet your driver.

Can I Change My Booking?

If for some reason your travel plans need to be modified, you can make changes to your booking. Head to the “My Booking” page to make a change to any of the following:

  • The time that you will be picked up
  • Your flight number
  • Minor changes to the pick-up and drop off locations
  • Your passenger details

If you need to make a change, simply reach out to us.

Other Changes to Your Booking

If you need to change the type of car you are booking, you will need to cancel your booking completely and then make a new one. At this time, you cannot change your car without canceling.

Can I Cancel My Booking?

In the event that you need to cancel your ride, you can do so up to 24 hours before your pick-up time. You’ll need to go to “My Booking” to make this change.

Most rides are easy to cancel and can be done so as long as the driver has enough notice. To find out how much notice is necessary for cancellations, please consult your booking confirmation.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

It is absolutely free to cancel your trip, as long as it is during your free cancellation period. Your trip can be cancelled quickly and easily using the “My Booking” part of the site.

The amount of time of your free cancellation period will vary considerably depending on the type of service that you book. We’ll go into the cancellation policy during the booking process and will also cover it again in your confirmation email.

Please note, we are unable to accept cancellation requests that have been sent to us via email.
