How can I cancel or amend booking?

This is a simple thing to do and we are pleased to say that in the vast majority of cases, this is a service that we provide free of charge. Anyone looking to cancel or amend a booking should phone and please be ready with your booking details.

What airports do you serve?

1st Airport Taxis are pleased to say that we serve all airports in the mainland UK but it is understandable that Luton Airport is the airport we most commonly provide services for. However, we are more than happy to offer a high standard of airport transfers, including meet and greet services, for all London airports, including Gatwick Airport, Stansted Airport, London City Airport, Heathrow Airport and of course Luton Airport. When you need an airport transfer, we are the firm for you.

Are your cars licensed?

All of the cars used by 1st Airport Transfers are fully licenced, which means that when you book with us you will receive full peace of mind.

Can I pay by debit or credit card?

We are pleased to offer a range of flexible payment options and this means you can pay using a debit or credit card if required. We are also happy for you to pay at the point of booking or at the conclusion of your journey, whatever suits you best. You can pay by cash or card in the taxi.

What extra charges do you apply?

One thing you can be confident about when you call on 1st Airport Taxis is that there are no extra charges or hidden fees. We use a fixed price basis, and you can calculate the cost of your journey on our site. The price we quote you is the price you will pay, at all times.

If my flight details change, what do I do?

We take the time to monitor your flight details, so if your flight is delayed, you can be confident that we will ready to collect you when you do arrive. This is also included in our meet and greet service which means that our driver will be available inside the airport building to collect you.

Do you charge per passenger?

This is not a charge that we use at 1st Airport Taxis. We charge for the journey, not the amount of passengers that will travel with us. This provides you with confidence about the cost of your journey, no matter how many people are in your travelling party.

Can I book for a large group?

Yes you can. At 1st Airport Taxis, we have a range of vehicles in our fleet and if you need to book a taxi for a larger travelling party, we can help. If you are booking for a larger travelling party, please let us known in advance and we will provide you with a vehicle that suits your needs.
